Renewable portfolio standards; forest products.  Removes the requirement that utilities participating in a renewable portfolio standard (RPS) program collectively use no more than 1.5 million tons of forest products such as wood chips, bark, and sawdust each year towards meeting RPS goals.   View Full Text »
