Description

Salvage vehicles; maintenance and contents of records; daily reports.  Clarifies items that must be contained in the records that licensees maintain on receipt of any vehicles and allows governing body of any locality to require that the records be reported to the police. Further provides that licensees hold onto vehicles for at least 14 days before crushing them.   View Full Text »
