Description
Harvest cap on menhaden; sunset date. Extends the sunset date of legislation that established an annual menhaden harvest quota of 109,020 metric tons for the Virginia portion of the Chesapeake Bay to January 1, 2014. Currently, the provisions are set to expire on December 31, 2010. View Full Text »
