Description

Retention of jurisdiction by juvenile and domestic relations district courts.  Provides that a juvenile and domestic relations district court retains jurisdiction over a juvenile even if the juvenile is in the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice. Currently, the court does not retain jurisdiction over a juvenile in the custody of the Department. Read the Bill »
