Description

Outlying Landing Fields.  Amends the current Code to require approval by the General Assembly before the United States acquires property for an outlying landing field in localities that have no current military base at which aircraft squadrons are stationed. Currently, the law does not require such approval but instead gives conditional consent for all acquisition by the United States of any lands in the Commonwealth required for needful public buildings under clause 17, 8, Article 1 of the United States Constitution.   View Full Text »
