Description
Virginia Public Procurement Act; cooperative procurement. Provides that in cases where the cooperative procurement agreement involves construction, the public body awarding the contract must comply with the provisions of the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002 requiring posting, public notice and access to certain procurement records.
