Description

Bottomlands rents and royalties.  Removes the authority of the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to charge a rent or royalty as a term or condition of a permit for use of state-owned bottomlands. The only royalty that may be assessed is the one established by statute for the removal of bottom material. Amends § 28.2-1205, § 28.2-1206, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
