Description

  Virginia Water Protection Permit; fee exemption; U.S. Navy.  Extends the exemption from fee requirements for a Virginia Water Protection Permit to dredging activities performed by the Department of the Navy. Dredging operations sponsored by the Army Corps of Engineers are already exempted from such fees. Amends § 62.1-44.15:6, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
