Menhaden fishing prohibited.  Prohibits the taking or catching of menhaden with purse nets in the Rappahannock River and its tributaries. Currently, such fishing is prohibited in the Rappahannock above and west of the R.O. Norris, Jr., Bridge. Amends § 28.2-409, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
