Description

Aboveground storage tanks.  Requires the State Water Control Board to develop standards for facilities with aboveground storage tanks having an aggregate capacity of one million gallons or greater to upgrade to meet best practices standards for new or retrofitted tanks. The tanks have to meet these performance standards by July 1, 2021. Read the Bill »
