Description
Income tax; credit for diesel power to natural gas power truck conversion. Provides an income tax credit to individual truck owners who convert or have converted their diesel-powered trucks to natural gas power for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2011. The amount of the credit shall not exceed $3,500 or the cost of the conversion, whichever is less. Read the Bill »
