Description

Sales tax registration with local commissioners of the revenue.  Allows dealers to register for sales tax purposes with the local commissioner of the revenue. Currently, dealers may register only with the Tax Commissioner. Amends § 58.1-604.2, § 58.1-613, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
