I support House Bill No. 2273. I am a Class B contractor on Virginia's Eastern Shore, unlicensed contractors are a very big problem here and I would assume else where. I've spoken with several Board of Supervisers, Town Mayors & Managers, etc. and this problem is not being addressed. Unlicenesed contractors not only deplete my gross but also our revenue. Thank you Del. Keam for sponsoring this Bill.
