Description
Sales tax revenue distribution; certain public facilities. Expands the definition of the public facilities in which the sales and use taxes collected are distributed to the locality in which the facility is located for repayment of bonds issued to create the public facility. The bill also expands the time in which such bonds may be issued. Amends § 58.1-608.3 (“Entitlement to certain sales tax revenues.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
