Description
Informed consent includes ultrasound to determine gestation age. Requires that, as a component of informed consent to an abortion, to determine gestation age, every pregnant female shall undergo ultrasound imaging and be given an opportunity to view the ultrasound image of her fetus prior to the abortion. So...Sen. Smith is pro-choice? Because showing women ultrasounds of fetuses actually increases abortion rates. A two-month-old fetus doesn't look like a human. To quote from the linked Times piece:

Sen. Smith might want to learn about this, rather than just hopping on the bandwagon; it's not going where he thinks it's going.
I wonder how many adopted kids Sen.Smith has. If this law passes, I feel the government should have to pay for the ultra sound.
