Description
Highway maintenance allocations. Provides that allocation by the Commonwealth Transportation Board for maintenance of assets within the Interstate System of Highways and the primary and secondary systems of state highways shall be based on achieving a minimal level of disparity among highway construction districts in meeting asset management performance standards established pursuant to 33.1-13.02.
