Cattle Industry Board; name change.  Changes the name of the Cattle Industry Board to the Beef Industry Council. The name change brings the current board into consistent nomenclature with the Virginia beef checkoff program, which is used to promote marketing and research of beef products, and the terminology used in other states and nationally.
