Description
Taxation; employee transportation assistance tax credit. Allows a tax credit to employers that provide employee transportation assistance for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2012. Such credit shall be equal to 25 percent of all expenditures paid or incurred by the employer for such assistance. Amends § 58.1-439.12:06, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
