Description

Virginia Water Protection Permit; fee exemption; U.S. Navy.  Extends the exemption from fee requirements for a Virginia Water Protection Permit to dredging activities performed by the Department of the Navy. Dredging operations sponsored by the Army Corps of Engineers are already exempted from such fees. Read the Bill »
