Description
Cash proffers; acceptance by localities. Allows localities to delay collection or acceptance of a cash proffer until the completion of the final inspection of the subject property and prior to the time of the issuance of any certificate of occupancy. Currently, localities are required to delay collection or acceptance until such time. Read the Bill »
