State Compensation Board. Abolishes the State Compensation Board and assigns its duties pertaining to constitutional officers as follows: (i) for sheriffs, to the Director of the Department of Criminal Justice Services, (ii) for attorneys for the Commonwealth, treasurers and commissioners of revenue, to the Comptroller, and (iii) for clerks of circuit courts, to the Executive Secretary of the Supreme.
