Description
Campaign finance; final disposition of surplus funds by General Assembly members. Requires any member of the General Assembly who leaves office for any reason to file his final campaign finance report and disburse all surplus funds within six months of leaving office. A member with campaign debts at the time of leaving office is required to file the final report within six months of leaving office or within two months of repaying the debts, whichever time is later.
