Description
Board of Education; administration. Requires the Board of Education to adopt regulations allowing all students to whom the Standards of Learning tests are administered to be permitted to retake the test if the student does not achieve a passing score. Additionally, such regulations shall provide that, at the discretion of his teacher, a student may take the Standards of Learning test at any time during the school year. Read the Bill »
