Description

Commercial fishing piers; regulation of net fishing in the vicinity.  Authorizes the Marine Resources Commission to raise the minimum distance permitted for net fishing in the vicinity of a commercial fishing pier from 300 yards to as much as 1,000 yards and to promulgate other regulations.
