Description

Paid and volunteer officers of election.  Provides that an officer of election may waive compensation and serve as an unpaid volunteer officer. Unpaid volunteer officers shall have the qualifications and fulfill the requirements applicable to paid officers. Amends § 24.2-116, of the Code of Virginia.
