Description

Condominium and Property Owners' Association Acts; information requested by lenders.  Requires an association to provide information requested from a lender for a purchaser within 10 business days of the request. The bill authorized the association to charge statutory fees for providing this information. The bill sets out the manner in which the requested information may be furnished to the lender.
