Description
Elections; persons entitled to place on ballot; compliance with campaign finance disclosure provisions. Provides that a candidate will not be entitled to have his name printed on the ballot unless he has filed all required campaign finance reports and satisfied all civil and criminal penalties imposed under the Campaign Finance Disclosure Act. Amends § 24.2-504 (“Persons entitled to have name printed on ballot.”), § 24.2-948.3 (“Compliance with reporting requirements of campaign finance disclosure act as requirement of candidacy for certain offices.”), of the Code of Virginia.
