Description

 Transportation impact fees.  Provides that if a specific development or subdivision received final site plan or subdivision approval prior to the effective date of the localitys impact fee ordinance, the amount of the impact fee to be imposed may be determined at any time prior to the issuance of a building permit.  Under current law, the amount of the impact fee must be determined before or at the time of site plan or subdivision approval.
