Description
Public libraries; library boards; exceptions. Adds the County of Middlesex to the localities that are not required to have public library boards. As a result, the public library can be operated as a department of local government. Amends § 42.1-36 (“Boards not mandatory.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
