Description

Bigamy; penalty.  Provides that a person who, while already married, purports to marry another or cohabits with another under the appearance of being married is guilty of bigamy, which is punishable as a Class 4 felony. Amends § 18.2-362, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
