Description

Purchase of service handguns; certain law-enforcement officers. Permits certain law-enforcement officers to purchase their service handgun after 15 years of service. Current law requires law-enforcement officers to have served 20 years before they may purchase their service handgun. Amends § 59.1-148.3, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
