Description

Solicitation of child pornography.  Provides that any person who solicits another person by use of the Internet, any electronic communication, or by any other means of communication, to (i) send or submit to him or to another individual, group, or association any child pornography in order to gain entry into a group, association, or assembly of persons engaged in trading or sharing child pornography or (ii) send, submit, transfer, or provide to him any child pornography in exchange for money or anything of value shall be punished by not less than five years nor more than 20 years in a state correctional facility, with a five-year mandatory minimum term of imprisonment for a second or subsequent violation.
