Description
Landlord accounting of tenant credits and debits; upon request. Compels a landlord, upon the written request of a tenant, to produce a written accounting of charges and payments from the tenant over the tenancy or the past 12 months, whichever is shorter. This bill is recommended by the Virginia Housing Commission. Amends § 55-248.7 (“Terms and conditions of rental agreement; copy for tenant.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
