Description

Career and technical education; substitution for required credits.  Requires the Board of Education to expand the subject matter areas for which successful completion of certain career and technical education competency assessments may be substituted. Currently, they may, under limited circumstances, be substituted for the student-selected verified credit and either a science or a history and social science credit. This bill would also allow the assessments to be substituted for a math or English credit. Read the Bill »
