Description

Commonwealth Tolling Assistance Program.  Establishes a program that would allow low-income persons and full-time students at state institutions of higher education to apply to receive electronic tolling transponders with a value of $250 to be used to pay tolls on the highways of the Commonwealth. The program would be administered by the Virginia Department of Transportation and would be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Read the Bill »
