Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That Thomas Edward Haynesworth is hereby awarded 27 years of creditable service in the Virginia Retirement System established pursuant to Chapter 1 (§ 51.1-100 et seq.) of Title 51.1 for time spent wrongfully incarcerated in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
