Description
Voter registration records. Requires general registrar to compare list of registered voters for his locality to the State Board of Elections comprehensive list of convicted felons, to cancel the registration of any registered voter shown to be a felon, and to notify the registered voter of the cancelation. Amends § 24.2-427 (“Cancellation of registration by voter or for persons known to be deceased or disqualified to vote.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
