Description
Guardianship; restriction of visitation. Allows a guardian to restrict visitation of an incapacitated person, unless there is a previously executed advance directive or durable power of attorney specifying otherwise. Amends § 37.2-1020 (“Duties and powers of guardian.”), § 54.1-2986.1 (“Duties and authority of agent or person identified in \u00a7 54.1-2986.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
