Description
Cash proffers. Removes the provision allowing the court to award attorney fees in certain cases involving collection of cash proffers. Also, the bill provides that the statute shall not apply to proffer agreements made prior to July 1, 2010. Amends § 15.2-2303.1:1, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
