Description
Virginia Economic Development Partnership Authority; appointment of executive director. Provides that the Governor and not the Authority board of directors shall appoint the executive director of the Authority. The bill further provides that the executive director shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor. Amends § 2.2-2235, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
