Description
Commissioner of Highways; agreements with localities. Adds Prince William County to existing provisions that allow Fairfax County to enter into agreements with the Commissioner of Highways regarding enforcement of provisions related to signs and advertisements within highway limits. The penalties and costs collected under such agreements are paid to the affected locality. Amends § 33.1-375.1, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
