Substances used to manufacture methamphetamine. Adds ammonium nitrate to the list of substances of which the possession of two or more with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine is punishable as a Class 6 felony. The bill also strikes "metal" from the term "lithium metal." Read the Bill »
