Description

Using a GPS device to manage dogs in pursuit of foxes. Allows hunters to use a GPS (Global Positioning System) or other electronic tracking device to manage dogs that are hunting or pursuing a fox. Current law distinguishes actually following a dog from "managing" the dog, but it does not explain what managing might encompass. The bill contains technical amendments. Read the Bill »
