Health insurance; diagnostic procedures resulting from preventive care or screening. Prohibits a health carrier from imposing cost-sharing requirements with respect to any diagnostic service, test, or related procedure that is administered or conducted as a result of, or in conjunction with, preventive care or screening if the health carrier is prohibited from imposing any cost-sharing requirements with respect to the preventive care or screening.
