Description
Water supply impoundment facilities. Creates an exemption to the existing provision that prohibits a locality from constructing a water supply impoundment system outside its boundaries without first obtaining consent of the subject locality. The exemption allows a town that has purchased an existing water supply system located in a county to construct an impoundment facility in such county. Read the Bill »
