Individual income tax deduction for tolls. Establishes an individual income tax deduction beginning with the 2013 taxable year for tolls paid for the use of a publicly owned and publicly operated highway located in the Commonwealth. Amends § 58.1-322, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
