Description
Department of Supplier Diversity and Entrepreneurial Advocacy created. Creates the Department of Supplier Diversity and Entrepreneurial Advocacy by consolidating the powers and duties of the Department of Business Assistance and the Department of Minority Business Enterprise. The bill eliminates the Department of Business Assistance and the Department of Minority Business Enterprise. The bill has a delayed effective date of January 1, 2014, and contains numerous technical amendments to accomplish this consolidation. Read the Bill »
