JUST because one OWNS Land, does not mean they are not indigent. In a SYSTEM of FIAT currency, and the inability of people to CONVERT COLLATERAL, Titles, Deeds etc to CASH, does not mean they are not "indigent". Indigent MEANS "liquid" assets. NOT Paper assets like what lawyers & banksters MANUFACTURE themselves out of paper.
