Study; JLARC to study funding for elementary and secondary schools; report. Directs the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission to study funding for elementary and secondary schools in Virginia and determine if adequate state support is being provided to the Commonwealth's public schools and if not, how state support may be increased and used more efficiently.
