Description
Alcoholic beverage control; gourmet brewing shop license; tasting privilege. Allows gourmet brewing shop licensees to give samples of the wine or beer products being sold by the licensees to their customers to whom alcoholic beverages may be sold for on-premises consumption in areas designated by the ABC Board. The bill provides that samples of wine shall not exceed two ounces per person and samples of beer shall not exceed four ounces per person. Read the Bill »
